Archbishop Mitchell T. Rozanski will celebrate a Mass for World Marriage Day at noon, Sunday, Feb. 9, the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Louis. All married couples are invited to attend and celebrate the gift of marriage and their sacrament of matrimony. World Marriage Day honors married couples as the foundation of the family — the basic unit of society — and emphasizes the faithfulness, sacrifice and joy of daily married life. A reception sponsored by Worldwide Marriage Encounter will follow in Boland Hall.
