About Sister Barbara Hudock: Since she is creative and insightful, she has served on 11 committees, sometimes as the president or chairperson. For several years she has coordinated the “Be a Blessing Gardening Project” with parishioners from the neighboring parishes of St. Patrick in Ruma and St. John the Baptist in Red Bud, Illinois. She has always been passionate about the plight of refugees and currently volunteers at FORAI, Friends of Refugees and Immigrants, based in St. Louis.
