Jeffry Odell Korgen, author of “Dorothy Day: Radical Devotion,” will give a talk and facilitate a discussion from 6:30-8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 16, at the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury. The discussion is for anyone who wants to learn more about the Church’s teachings on peace and justice. In his book, Odell Korgen introduces readers to Day’s life, reviews her impact on the Church and peace and justice movements and provides information on her process for canonization.
