Ascension Parish will host a Blue Christmas prayer service at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, in the main church, 230 Santa Maria Drive in Chesterfield. The prayer service will be a time of reflection for those who are grieving, sad, lonely or overwhelmed during the holiday season. For more information, contact Cindy Huger at (314) 369-8052.
