“Pack the Pool” for the Care Service
Sts. Joachim and Ann Care Service will host a “Pack the Pool” swim party and food collection from 7:30-10 p.m. Friday, June 7, at Wapelhorst Park in St. Charles. Admission is $10 per person, which includes pool entry and light refreshments. Participants also are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items. A community-wide collection of non-perishable food items also will take place at various locations in St. Charles, Lincoln and Warren counties the weekend of June 7 and 8. For more information or to purchase tickets for the pool party, visit www.jacares.org/events.
