“An Advent Day of Prayer: Immersing Ourselves in the Season Through Images, Poetry, Scripture and Song” will be held Saturday, Dec. 7, at Mercy Conference and Retreat Center in Frontenac. The day will include time for quiet reflection and for sharing with other participants. Registration and coffee start at 9 a.m., and the program begins at 9:30 a.m. Presenters are Sister Danielle Witt, SSND, and Rev. Carolyn Held. Cost is $50, which includes lunch.
