Archbishop Robert J. Carlson blessed a new plaque at Regina Cleri, an archdiocesan residence for retired priests. The plaque expresses gratitude from the retired priests of the Archdiocese of St. Louis to the Annual Catholic Appeal and all the donors who have contributed so generously to the residence.
