Cook & Dining Room Supervisor -- Nazareth Living Center

Nazareth Living Center is looking for a Cook and a Dining Room Supervisor, for our Independent Living building, The Village. Looking for some one with Country Club experience.

Dining Room Supervisor:

Assists with directing, monitoring, identifying and delegating tasks to culinary staff while holding staff accountable for assigned duties and responding appropriately to emergencies.

Demonstrates knowledge of and follows the sanitation standards to prevent food borne illness.

Knowledge and practice of guest data entry. 

Supervisory experience

Assist with training new employees

Cook:

Prepare both hot and cold food items for residents, visitors and staff. Serve food. Clean equipment and work area. Puts stock away. Lead Culinary Services Aides in day-to-day operations and actively participate in all culinary training.
