Counseling Administrative Assistant - St. Joseph's Academy

St. Joseph’s Academy is a college preparatory high school sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet located in St. Louis, Missouri. The Administrative Assistant to the Counseling office has daily contact with students, parents, faculty and staff, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate must have a genuine interest in working to assist and help people. The ideal candidate must also maintain high levels of confidentiality, exercise appropriate professional judgment, have excellent computer skills, and be self-motivated. The Administrative Assistant will be proactive, energetic, and optimistic, as well as enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years of experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills required.
