Chief Operations Officer -- Our Lady's Inn

Guided by our mission, Our Lady's Inn Maternity Homes provides homeless pregnant women and their children shelter and hope for a new life. Our multi-site residential program offers a safe living environment and an array of support services to women in crisis pregnancies.

We seek to augment the executive management team with the newly created position of Chief Operations Officer (COO), a full-time exempt position. The COO's responsibilities include risk management, accreditation compliance and quality assurance, human resources, and facilities management. The COO supports the Chief Executive Officer in formulating and administering policies and procedures; and participates in developing the operating budget with specific responsibility for compilation of budgetary components under his/her control. . The COO oversees all facilities ensuring safety, proper maintenance for continued operation in support of program service activities and client housing needs; and leads Board approved strategic planning initiatives pertaining to existing and future facilities. The COO participates in Agency fundraising and community awareness efforts, works closely with and supports the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Program Officer with a view to understanding all aspects of Agency operations.

A qualified candidate will, at a minimum, hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Non-profit Management, Human Services or a related field; and have 5 years of management experience with progressively responsible administrative or social services programmatic experience. The ideal candidate must have a passion for our prolife mission and have requisite knowledge of risk management, compliance and quality assurance, performance improvement, facilities management and staff development. Attentiveness to detail, strong analytical and communication skills are a must!
