The Roman Catholic Foundation of Eastern Missouri is seeking a qualified professional to serve as Grants Administrator.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Three to five years of grant administration or other nonprofit program management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Ability to interpret and summarize complex data and financial statements, and distill complex information to make sound program recommendations.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with GIFTS Online or other online grants management system strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to the Catholic Church. Ideally, view this work as "mission."
  • Knowledge of educational concepts and scholarship programs (preferred).
  • Comfort with public speaking and leading medium- to large-scale events.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others inside and outside the organization.
  • Impeccable integrity and a positive, "can do" attitude.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to take initiative; self-starter.
