Regional Director - Catholic Education Office of the Archdiocese of St. Louis

The Catholic Education Office of the Archdiocese of St. Louis is announcing the creation of Regional Director Positions. These positions will begin July 1, 2018.

Working with Catholic elementary schools located within each Archdiocesan deanery, the Regional Directors will serve as the main point of contact for pastors and principals and will provide oversight on matters pertaining to school operations, policies, programs, and planning. The Regional Directors will report directly to the Associate Superintendent for Elementary School Administration.


  • Practicing Catholic
  • Understanding of, and commitment to, the philosophy of Catholic education
  • Master's degree in administration/educational leadership or curriculum/instruction
  • At least 5 years of experience in administration/educational leadership in Catholic schools
  • Strong interpersonal, relational, and organizational skills with the ability to work as a member of a team
  • Ability to travel to various school sites and spend the majority of working hours within an Archdiocesan deanery
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated successful experience in:
  1. the overall operation of an elementary school
  2. instructional leadership and strategic planning
  3. effective communication and community relations
