Setting: Bishop DuBourg High School is an Archdiocesan Catholic, co-educational, college preparatory, comprehensive high school fully accredited located in Saint Louis, Missouri. The school has a current enrollment of 335 students, grades 9-12 and a staff of very caring teachers and administrators.


  • Practicing Catholic
  • Is a visionary leader who articulates the Mission and Vision of Bishop DuBourg High School
  • MA, MBA, or a degree in an applicable field and State Certification in Educational Administration for Secondary Schools
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience in Catholic Secondary Schools
  • Knowledge of and administrative skills and abilities necessary for the overall operation and future sustainability of a high school.
  • Demonstration of experience in advancement, financial management and strategic planning; and possession of the capacity to lead the institutional advancement of the school in collaboration with the Catholic Education Office of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, the School Administration, and the School Board
