Administrative Assistant - Part-Time

Saint Luke Consultation Center, a private Behavioral Health Care Facility for Catholic priests and religious located in St. Louis, MO (www.stlconsult.org) seeks an experienced individual to be the administrative assistant.

The position is part-time, days and times are flexible. Vacation and sick leave accrued bi-weekly, 403B benefit. Salary is commensurate with experience. We offer a positive work environment and free parking.

Duties will include:

  • Serve as point of contact for callers and visitors.
  • Staffs front desk, answers all incoming calls.
  • Assists clients with any questions and concerns.
  • Provides entry-level IT support.
  • Handles all incoming mail and receives packages.
  • Helps with administrative tasks in other departments as time allows.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • At least 2 years working in an office environment.  
  • Knowledge of the Catholic Church.
  • Experience dealing with management staff and confidential matters.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Must have strong problem solving skills and good judgment.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work and complete tasks independently.
