Open positions -- Our Lady's Inn Maternity Homes

Our Lady’s Inn Maternity Homes serving homeless pregnant women, has two position openings in St. Charles County.

Case Manager- FT position serving residential clients with case management, advocacy and daily support activities. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field; and recent case management experience.  Experience working with the homeless or knowledge of pregnancy a plus. Successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal communication and computer skills, and work well in a team setting.

Live-in Resident Support Staff- Room & board with private bedroom is provided in exchange for four nights per week of on call duty.  Additionally, 24 hours per week of paid support staff shift work is available. This position supports residents by assisting with daily needs and ensuring safety through administration of house rules and procedures. Position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.  Experience in a residential setting, knowledge of pregnancy or previous work with the homeless is a plus. Must be at least 21 years of age and have earned a high school diploma or equivalent. Compensation is $11/hour for shift work, plus PTO.  Excellent opportunity for students in nursing, human services or social work fields.
