Our Lady’s Inn Maternity Homes, a faith based Agency, serving pregnant women and their children seeks qualified candidates for several position openings. Candidates must support the prolife mission of the Agency.

Finance Director. Part-time 32 hours per week.  The Finance Director ensures the financial management system supports the Agency’s objectives; he/she will refine and oversee staff and processes to support general ledger accounting, internal accounting controls, monthly and quarterly reporting, grant administration as well as budgeting and audit preparation. A key member of the management team, the Finance Director will interact with the Board of Directors and agency’s stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience in not-for-profit financial or public accounting, experience with QuickBooks accounting software and familiarity with donor management software. He/she must be detail oriented, and possess excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.  Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting required. Kitchen Manager/Cook-Defiance location. Part-time 30 hours per week. Kitchen Manager/Cook is responsible for the planning, shopping and preparation of three nutritious meals 5 days a week and the planning and minimal preparation of weekend meals. Experience cooking for large groups, knowledge of nutrition and meal planning, ability to lift and carry cooking materials. Must hold Serve Safe certification or be able to pass Serve Safe training. Resident Support Staff-Defiance location. Part time 20-24 hours per week. Position openings for evening and weekend shifts as well as overnight shift. Staff supports the residents by assisting with daily needs and ensuring safety through enforcement of house rules and procedures. Position requires teamwork, dependability, good communication skills and maintaining professional boundaries.  Experience in a residential setting, knowledge of pregnancy or previous work with the homeless preferred. Live-in House Staff-St. Louis and Defiance locations.  Room & board with private bedroom provided in exchange for visible presence in the Inn and four nights per week on call duty.  Additional paid Resident Support Staff shift work is also available to
