Executive Assistant to the Provincial Council - School Sisters of Notre Dame Central Pacific Province

The Executive Assistant provides administrative and secretarial assistance to the Provincial Leader and Provincial Council in our Central Office located in St. Louis. General duties include: keeping records and preparing reports, taking minutes, sending mailings, scheduling meetings, and keeping financial records. Successful candidate will have 3-5 years experience performing administrative assistant duties. Bachelor's degree preferred. The ability to maintain confidentiality and to adapt to new technology. Must have knowledge of computer, word processing, spreadsheets, Outlook,and Desktop Publishing software.
