New parents often choose their infant's pediatrician by word of mouth. Perhaps the recommendation comes from a friend or a family member. They stay with that physician after learning more about his or her philosophies behind patient care, including vaccination schedules, approach to routine sick care, emergency care and more. But is the faith of your child's primary physician just as important? One St. Louis pediatrician thinks so.
