New head of national St. Vincent de Paul seeks to end poverty

Sheila K. Gilbert
Sheila K. Gilbert, the new president of the National Council of the U.S. Society of St. Vincent de Paul, knows what she wants: the end of poverty in the United States. "I am committed.
