Man of the house | Small steps help in kicking a habit, changing a behavior

Granted, it's not like I am compelled to drinking a six-pack of beer every day or smoking two packs of cigarettes daily. Soda doesn't impair my driving ability and won't likely give me lung cancer that will cut my life short -- though I admit it's not good for my health.
