In our contemporary and high-speed world, slowing down our pace of life is challenging and difficult. More and more we run from one place to another. For example, many spend their free time driving children to and from school, and taking them to their evening sports or extracurricular activities. For others, the leisure times and weekends are consumed with chores that involve house cleaning, laundry and running to the grocery store to find the daily sustenance of life.
