Baby Joseph Maraachli, the 14-month-old Canadian boy who came to SSM Cardinal Glennon Children's Medical Center last week, received a tracheotomy March 21 and is expected to soon transition to Ranken Jordan, a St. Louis pediatric specialty hospital, before returning home to Canada.
