Two basketball teams from Catholic schools in the archdiocese have won championships in the state tournament games in Columbia, Mo. Incarnate Word Academy won the girls Class 5 bracket, and St. Dominic High School won the girls Class 4 bracket. Several other teams from Catholic schools in the archdiocese also went deep into the playoffs this year.
