I recently ate lunch with the oldest priest in the archdiocese, a charming man with great pride in his priesthood. Msgr. Jerome Sommer, now 95, had read my column in The Review and decided to send me a letter discussing a few of his “moments of grace.” Msgr. Sommer refers to them aptly as “Acts of Divine Providence.”
