Mo. House committee discusses repeal of rule prohibiting public funds for private schools

Rep. Jay Barnes, R-Jefferson City, spoke Feb. 16 before the House Elementary and Secondary Education Committee on HJR 10, a bill he is sponsored that would repeal the provision, known as the Blaine Amendment, which dates back more than 100 years.
