Missouri executes inmate Martin Link; appeals denied

The State of Missouri executed Martin Link Feb. 9 for the 1991 rape and murder of 11-year-old Elissa Self-Braun, who had been missing after walking to catch her bus to Enright Classical Junior Academy, a school for gifted children in South St. Louis.
