Horst Buchholz to head music programs for archdiocese, cathedral  Horst Buchholz, a Catholic musician with international experience in sacred music, has been appointed archdiocesan director of sacred music and director of music, choirmaster and organist for the Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis. He will also serve as artistic and executive director of the Cathedral Concerts organization.
