St. Vincent named in Honor Roll of top 50 Catholic high schools

It was a community affair at St. Vincent High School in Perryville last week when the small parish high school was named to the Catholic High School Honor Roll as one of the top 50 Catholic high schools in the nation. The honor, presented every other year by the nonprofit Acton Institute to recognize excellence in Catholic education, is based on three criteria: academic excellence, Catholic identity and civic education. Schools are invited to apply by completing three surveys that measure excellence in those areas.
