Many years ago my family and I traveled throughout New England and Eastern Canada. Included in our tour was a stop in Montreal. A highlight of that city is St. Joseph's Oratory, which was constructed through the efforts of Brother Andre Bessette, born Aug. 9, 1845. At that time I was unaware of the depth of his spirituality and that he was headed for sainthood.
