A missionary priest returns to Bolivia

Father Bob Menner is back in Bolivia and happy to be there.
"I was assigned in June," he told the Review last week, shortly before his departure. "I'd been serving as associate pastor at St. Joseph in Manchester, and was assigned back to the missions, but I had some health issues and couldn't go until now."
