The Angel Baked Cookies Program was begun three years ago in the small kitchen of Fr. Gary Meier's rectory at Sts. Teresa and Bridget. The experimental program was begun through the North Grand Neighborhood Services and it empowers teens with practical work and business experiences. The program has now established itself as a independent company working out of a commercial grade kitchen in the parish hall.
The Angel Baked Cookie company currently employs 13 teens who have the responsibility for managing all aspects of this not-for-profit baking company.
