Richoun Fuller seems to enjoy his job as a cookie baker. But as tempting as it might be, don't expect to see him sneaking a bite of the raw dough while on the job. "I'm a health freak. I'm an athlete," proclaimed the junior at the Construction Careers Center in St. Louis, who has been on the job with Angel Baked Cookies for two months. His favorite job is scooping the dough. "You want the cookies to be the perfect size, you don't want too much and you don't want too little (of the dough). It's fun."
