JustFaith participants say process has led them to a new perspective
Two "Catholics in the pew" who went through the JustFaith program at their parishes are anxious to share the experience.
Rudy Schwarz, a parishioner at Our Lady of Sorrows in South St. Louis, attended a recent meeting with prospective JustFaith attendees and other alums of the social justice formation program. "JustFaith was a good experience for me," he said, citing the program's emphasis on compassion and the spiritual exercises. "It really helped me see things from other people's perspectives, understanding where they are coming from."
