July 31 prayer service marked the end of a yearlong project to transfer the remains of more thanb 1,200 sisters
For this moment, all was quiet at Resurrection Cemetery. On this particular summer evening, members of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet were there to be still, to listen — and to remember their fellow members in community who had gone before them.
