Before the Cross | Laughter is medicine for the soul

Have you heard the saying, "Laughter is the best medicine"? It's true. I know this from personal experience. When I was diagnosed with cancer many years ago, I was strongly tempted to give in to fear, depression and anger. Those are natural emotions, but if they are allowed to take over, they can become debilitating and threaten a sick person's mental, spiritual and physical health.
