Daisy Scouts from Troop 3459 at Holy Infant in Ballwin proudly showed off some of the personal care items they collected in the recent April Showers campaign, conducted annually by the Girl Scouts to provide low-income people with shampoo, toothpaste and many other items not covered by Food Stamps. The Scouts are Paige Goodyear, Lanie Blanner, Emmie Foley, Kamie Roy, Natalie Lodes and Hope Goodyear.

The Knights of Columbus Council 4667 of St. Clare Parish in St. Clair recently honored Father Robert Knight, St. Clare pastor, for his "untiring work" and kindness by presenting him with a chasuble and matching stole with an embroidered cross and Knights of Columbus emblem.
