Catholic high schools band together to become better stewards of Earth
A group of Catholic high schools in the archdiocese is doing what it can to raise awareness about environmental issues and to help one another serve as better stewards of the earth.
The Interschool Ecological Council of St. Louis was formed in 2008 among several schools, according to Sister Janet Kuciejczyk, a Sister of St. Joseph of Carondelet and co-moderator of the Environment Club at Ursuline Academy. Other schools represented on the council include Nerinx Hall, St. Joseph's Academy, Villa Duchesne, Visitation Academy, St. Elizabeth Academy and Notre Dame High School.
