Faith and science go hand in hand in lessons
Science class may seem like an unlikely place to learn about the Easter story, but the Institute for Theological Encounter with Science and Technology has been developing lessons that show kindergarten through fourth-grade students how faith and science go hand in hand.
From connecting the liturgical year with the seasons to comparing spiritual and physical fitness, the institute has more than 100 lessons tying in spiritual and scientific concepts available at its website, www.creationlens.org.
