Senior Living | Volunteer finds joy at Notre Dame Preschool

Sister Rose Miriam Wegman, a School Sister of Notre Dame, visits with children at Notre Dame Preschool in South County, where she serves as a volunteer. Being involved with something new, preschool education, has been rewarding, Sister Rose Miriam said.

Sister Rose Miriam Wegman leaned over to listen to the youngster who had something important to tell her.

"Ahhhh," she said, breaking into a wide smile and nodding in acknowledgement. "That's really good."

He had been proud of an accomplishment and was especially pleased to see that she appreciated it.
