Cardinal Ritter College Preparatory High School senior guard Mylin Jordan celebrated his teams’s Class 3 state championship March 20 over Hogan Preparatory Academy at Mizzou Arena in Columbia. Cardinal Ritter defeated Hogan Prep 93-69 to claim its sixth state basketball title.

COLUMBIA, Mo. -- No matter what the outcome, March 20 was a day no one at Cardinal Ritter College Preparatory High School would soon forget. Both the boys and girls basketball teams were representing the school in the Class 3 basketball state tournament finals at Mizzou Arena with a chance for the first dual state titles since Kickapoo captured both trophies in 2003. While the girls were unable to repeat as Class 3 champions, the boys won the school's sixth boys championship.
