The extent to which parishes and groups in the archdiocese reach out to people across the globe became apparent after an earthquake hit Haiti earlier this year.
Those interested in missionary initiatives are invited to a local mission congress from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, April 10, at the Cardinal Rigali Center, 20 Archbishop May Drive in Shrewsbury.
