Pastoral Letter | Church encourages moral, medically proven reproduction methods
Dear Sisters and Brothers in Christ,
One of the Catholic Church's most misunderstood teachings concerns acceptable ways for couples to plan their families and address reproductive health care issues including infertility. Stated in its simplest possible terms, our Church encourages couples to use methods that are natural, morally appropriate and medically proven. Such practices are readily available, and they are much more effective than the usual media stereotypes lead people to believe.
