During the final weeks of Lent, Catholics will be queuing up for the Sacrament of Penance. With Confession and absolution come the renewal of our baptismal identity with Christ. The Sacrament of Penance and Reconciliation is the Lord's gift to the Church to forgive the sins committed after Baptism and to reconcile the penitent with our Redeemer and His Church.
