St. Ambrose student peddles pasta to pay for ambassadorship
At a mostaccioli dinner at St. Ambrose Parish in the Hill neighborhood of South St. Louis Feb. 27, 12-year-old Austin Danback was the perfect ambassador, chatting with arriving guests young and old and ushering them to a table.
It was good practice for Austin, who, thanks to the generosity of those who attended the dinner and auction that evening, will travel to Australia this summer to participate in People to People International's Student Ambassador Program.
