Archbishop Robert J. Carlson visited Lucero Amelco of Carbondale, Ill during a tour Feb. 10 of the Dana Brown Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at SSM Cardinal Glennon Children’s Medical Center. Baby Lucy was born on June 7, 2009, and weighed 1lb, 11 ozs. She is now 13 lbs., 4 oz., and thriving. She was held by NICU nurse Pam Dennis, RN.
