Tickets still available for May 1 Father Corapi conference at St. Louis University
Tickets are still available for the Father John Corapi conference on Saturday, May 1, at Chaifetz Arena in Midtown St. Louis.
Almost 5,000 tickets have been sold for the event, which features Father Corapi, a member of the Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity, leading the daylong conference sponsored by Legatus of St. Louis.
Father Corapi, a well-known preacher who has traveled more than 2 million miles preaching the Gospel, will deliver four one-hour talks during the conference at Chaifetz, 1 S. Compton Ave. on the campus of St. Louis University. The conference theme is "Be Not Afraid -- There Is Truth." Doors open at 8 a.m., with the first presentation at 9 a.m.
Archbishop Robert J. Carlson will celebrate the closing Mass at 4:30 p.m.
Tickets are $35, $25 and $15 and are available from Chaifetz Arena Box Office, MetroTix and select Schnucks and Macy's MetroTix locations. Tickets will also be available at several local religious supply stores, including Catholic Supply, Pauline Books and Media, Catholic Gifts and O'Byrne's.
A free public gathering with Father Corapi will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, April 30, at the Drury Plaza Hotel, 2 S. Fourth St. Downtown.
