Order of Malta continues to support relief efforts in Haiti
The Order of Malta, one of the oldest religious orders of the Catholic Church, has pledged to continue to provide relief and assistance to the people of Haiti long after the initial surge of support has moved on.
One of the three missions it is supporting is Hopital Sacre Coeur, which is affiliated with the St. Louis-based CRUDEM Foundation.
The U.S. associations of the order currently support three missions in Haiti which have been key in providing medical and humanitarian relief to victims of the earthquake
