The City of Shrewsbury's Citizen of the Year is a good neighbor, Sister Suzanne Wesley, chief executive officer of Cardinal Ritter Senior Services.
Cardinal Ritter's Cardinal Carberry Campus, with various programs and housing units, is in Shrewsbury along Watson Road.
