Sales of necklaces, hand-made by local women, show those affected by cancer somebody cares
The idea of crocheting a necklace might sound complex but, for June Sievers, the experience is -- as Martha Stewart might say -- "a good thing."
An even better thing is that the necklaces made by Sievers and her friends from St. Paul's United Church of Christ in South County benefit a fund for cancer patients at St. Anthony's Medical Center.
