Fr. James P. Lienert
A funeral Mass was celebrated Jan. 11 at Old Mission San Luis Rey in Oceanside, Calif., for Father James P. Lienert, MSF, who served as a missionary in Mexico, serving as pastor of a parish in Coahuila, Mexico, for 33 years.
Father Lienert died Jan. 4 at age 84.
